When are the mini sessions? . . .

Session times are all on July 15th. The following 25 minute time slots will be available: ̶1̶0̶:̶0̶0̶ ̶A̶M̶, 10:30 AM, 11:00 AM, 1̶1̶:̶3̶0̶.

Where will they be? . . .

The Lavender Field mini sessions will be held at Cotswold Lavender Farm located in Broadway, UK in Worcestershire county. Further information on where to meet me will be emailed out one week before your session.

What can we expect? . . .

My sessions are always relaxed and joyful, so you can expect 25 minutes of fun! In order to get true candid images, I'll encourage you to interact together as a family. We may move around a bit to allow me to find the best location based on light and landscape.

This is sounding great, but what if it rains? . . .

Rain is always a concern for outdoor locations in England, so we'll have a backup plan! Our back up date is Sunday, July 16th. Your session will simply be moved from the 15th to the 16th and the time will stay the same. If it were to rain again we will reschedule for a later date or your money would be refunded in full.

How is a mini session different from a full portrait session? . . .

My traditional portrait sessions are custom tailored to your and your family. I spend a lot of time getting to know you and learning how to customize your experience. This is especially necessary for larger families, shy children, or overly rambunctious little ones. All of my portrait sessions are extended and last anywhere from 90 minutes (family sessions) to 3 hours (newborn sessions). Because of the extended time I am able to get a wider assortment of images to tell your family's story for you to hang on your walls or arrange in an album.

During a mini session we are limited in the time we spend together. As a result, your gallery will have fewer imgaes and there won't be as much variety. This is perfect for families just wanting to update their gallery walls at home or get some updated imgaes for holiday cards.

How do I know if a mini session not a good fit for my family? . . .

The time constraints of a mini session make it difficult to do your family justice if:

• you have a family with more than two children
• you have a shy or camera-shy little one
• any of your children are hyperactive and/or have a hard time following directions (I get it...that's both of mine many days!)
• you are wanting to include your pets
• any of your littles are a newborn. Newborns have their own schedule and I understand your world needs to stop when they need something. Unfortunately, mini sessions don't allow the extra time for that, but an extended session is perfect for this!

When is a mini session a good fit for my family? . . .

Mini sessions are perfect for families:

• who have 1-2 children
• whose children are over the age of 2.5
• are just wanting a few key images to use to update their home decor or to use as gifts
• are wanting to purchase a gift for another family! I do offer gifted sessions, please reach out to discuss in further detail!
  

What is the cost of a mini session? . . .

The cost of the mini session is £150. This includes your 25 minute session and three professionally edited, high resolution images that you chose from a gallery of at least 15 images. Additional digital files and products also available for purchase.
